Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the method described for preparing compound 10.4, using compound 22.3 and 3,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde as the starting materials. 1H NMR (400 MHz) (CDCl3) δ 9.85 (1H, s); 7.82 (1H, d, J=1.7 Hz); 7.49 (1H, dd, J=1.7, 8.2 Hz); 7.36 (1H, s); 6.70 (1H, s); 6.58 (1H, d, J=8.2 Hz); 4.71 (2H, s); 4.31 (2H, q, J=7.1 Hz); 2.31 (3H, s); 2.27 (3H, s); 1.33 (3H, t, J=7.1 Hz).
