tert-butyl 4-((2-([1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3-yl)-6-fluoroquinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)-4-methoxyazepane-1-carboxylate (0.032 g, 0.061 mmol) was added to a mixture of trifluoroacetic acid and DCM (1:1) for 1 hour. The reaction was concentrated and co-evaporated several times with diethyl ether to yield 32 mgs of the desired product as a white solid. MS ESI (+) m/z 422 (M+1) detected.
