Prepared similarly to Intermediate 36 from 9-(5-chloropentyl)-2-{[(1S)-1-methylbutyl]oxy}-8-(methyloxy)-9H-purin-6-amine and tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-amine but with heating at 70° C. for an additional 20 hours.
