Reaction Steps
A mixture of 90 mg 3-methoxypropyl 6-[(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yloxy)carbamoyl]-3,4-dihydroisoquinoline-2(1H)-carboxylate in 1 ml methanol and 1.5 ml aqueous HCl (0.1 N) is stirred for 3 h at ambient temperature. The reaction mixture is lyophilized. 71.4 mg of a colorless solid are obtained. MH+=309.0
