Procedure

[2-(3-{2-Ethyl-4-[5-(5-isobutyl-4-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-3-yl]-6-methyl-phenyl}-propionylamino)-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester is prepared in analogy to Example 37 by coupling (2-amino-ethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester with 3-{2-ethyl-4-[5-(5-isobutyl-4-methyl-pyridin-2-yl)-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-3-yl]-6-methyl-phenyl}-propionic acid; LC-MS: tR=1.14 min, [M+H]+=550.33.
