The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and (S)-3-fluoropyrrolidine following procedures analogous to those described in Example 178. LC-MS Method 2 tR=0.984 min, m/z=517; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.43 (d, 3H), 1.84-2.09 (m, 4H), 2.11-2.29 (m, 5H), 2.61 (m, 1H), 2.71-2.87 (m, 3H), 4.96 (s, 1H), 5.13 (s, 1H), 5.53 (m, 1H), 6.71 (d, 2H), 6.98 (t, 2H), 7.18 (m, 3H), 7.20 (m, 1H).
