The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and (R)-3-fluoropyrrolidine following procedures analogous to those described in Example 178. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.682 min, m/z=516.9; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.42 (d, 3H), 1.82-2.30 (m, 9H), 2.52-2.64 (m, 1H), 2.67-2.88 (m, 3H), 4.93-5.13 (m, 1H), 5.53 (m, 1H), 6.71 (d, 2H), 6.98 (m, 2H), 7.18 (m, 2H), 7.19 (m, 1H).
