The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and pyridine-2-boronic acid following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 75 Step 1. LC-MS Method 2 tR=0.905 min, m/z=435.2; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.22-1.37 (m, 1H), 1.49 (d, 3H), 1.60-1.70 (m, 2H), 1.80-1.97 (m, 2H), 2.07-2.31 (m, 3H), 2.85 (m, 1H), 3.50 (m, 2H), 5.65 (m, 1H), 6.97 (m, 4H), 7.20 (m, 3H), 7.57-7.70 (m, 4H), 8.60 (m, 1H).
