The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 6-methoxypyridine-3-boronic acid following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 75 Step 1. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.3 min, m/z=487.1; 1H NMR (CD3OD) 1.25-1.37 (m, 1H), 1.55 (d, 3H), 1.61 (m, 1H), 1.95 (m, 2H), 2.17-2.28 (m, 1H), 2.36 (m, 1H), 2.48 (m, 1H), 3.12 (m, 1H), 3.48 (m, 2H), 3.94 (s, 3H), 5.58 (m, 1H), 6.86 (d, 1H), 7.07 (m, 4H), 7.35 (m, 4H), 7.86 (dd, 1H), 8.28 (s, 1H).
