The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4′-fluorobiphenyl-4-yl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 178 using azetidine in Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.193 min, m/z=477.2; 1H NMR (CD3OD) 1.57 (d, 3H), 2.16 (m, 2H), 2.26 (m, 2H), 2.48 (m, 1H), 2.50 (m, 2H), 3.01 (m, 1H), 3.11 (m, 1H), 3.25 (m, 1H), 3.40 (m, 2H), 4.20 (m, 2H), 5.59 (m, 1H), 7.08 (d, 2H), 7.14 (m, 4H), 7.33 (m, 2H), 7.37 (m, 2H), 7.54 (m, 2H).
