The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4′-fluorobiphenyl-4-yl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 178 using (S)-3-fluoropyrrolidine in Step 2. LC-MS Method 3 tR=0.962 min, m/z=531.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 0.80-0.92 (m, 1H), 1.46-1.57 (m, 4H), 1.59 (s, 3H), 2.16-2.40 (m, 6H), 2.75-3.09 (m, 3H), 5.10-5.38 (m, 1H), 5.70 (m, 1H), 7.01-7.13 (m, 6H), 7.30-7.49 (m, 4H), 7.46 (m, 2H).
