The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 6-methoxypyridine-3-boronic acid following procedures analogous to those described in Example 75 Step 1. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.989 min, m/z=403.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.10 (s, 3H), 1.17 (s, 3H), 1.52 (d, 3H), 2.13-2.28 (m, 6H), 2.47 (m, 1H), 2.87 (m, 1H), 3.95 (s, 3H), 5.70 (m, 1H), 6.79 (d, 1H), 7.02 (d, 2H), 7.21-7.38 (m, 6H), 7.58 (d, 1H), 8.27 (d, 1H).
