The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 4-bromo-2,6-dimethylpyridine-N-oxide in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.086, m/z=461.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.34 (m, 1H), 1.50 (d, 3H), 1.61-1.72 (m, 2H), 1.88-2.00 (m, 2H), 2.18 (m, 1H), 2.22-2.34 (m, 2H), 2.62 (s, 6H), 2.88 (m, 1H), 3.51 (t, 2H), 5.65 (m, 1H), 6.93 (d, 2H), 7.21 (m, 1H), 7.26 (m, 4H), 7.29-7.38 (m, 4H).
