The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 4-bromo-2,6-dimethylpyridine-N-oxide in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.185, m/z=459.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.11 (s, 3H), 1.18 (s, 3H), 1.57 (d, 3H), 2.20 (s, 2H), 2.22-2.35 (m, 2H), 2.38-2.49 (m, 1H), 2.72 (s, 6H), 2.91 (m, 1H), 5.70 (m, 1H), 7.08 (d, 2H), 7.31 (m, 3H), 7.37 (m, 4H), 7.43 (s, 2H).
