The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 4-bromo-2,6-dimethylpyridine-N-oxide in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.092, m/z=479.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.38 (m, 1H), 1.56 (d, 3H), 1.71 (m, 1H), 1.95 (m, 2H), 2.19-2.31 (m, 3H), 2.58 (s, 3H), 2.61 (s, 3H), 2.95 (m, 1H), 3.58 (m, 1H), 5.71 (m, 1H), 7.05 (m, 4H), 7.21-7.32 (m, 4H), 7.38 (m, 2H).
