Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 4-bromo-2-methylpyrimidine in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.159, m/z=450; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.33 (m, 3H), 1.52 (m, 3H), 1.63 (m, 3H), 1.80-1.95 (m, 2H), 2.15-2.30 (m, 3H), 2.75 (s, 3H), 2.90 (m, 1H), 3.51 (m, 2H), 5.68 (m, 1H), 6.99 (m, 4H), 7.20 (m, 2H), 7.41 (m, 1H), 7.79 (d, 2H), 8.60 (m, 1H).
