The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 2-bromopyrazine. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.249, m/z=374; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.12 (s, 3H), 1.28 (s, 3H), 1.58 (m, 3H), 2.19-2.20 (m, 4H), 2.39 (m, 1H), 2.89 (m, 1H), 5.74 (m, 1H), 7.09 (m, 2H), 7.28-7.40 (m, 5H), 7.78 (m, 2H), 8.48 (m, 1H), 8.59 (m, 1H), 8.94 (m, 1H).
