The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 3-chloropyridazine in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.067, m/z=436.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 0.82 (m, 3H), 1.52 (d, 3H), 1.65 (m, 1H), 1.80-1.98 (m, 2H), 2.11-2.28 (m, 3H), 2.91 (m, 1H), 3.51 (t, 3H), 5.68 (m, 1H), 6.94-7.04 (m, 4H), 7.18 (m, 2H), 7.47 (m, 1H), 7.71 (d, 1H), 7.78 (d, 2H), 9.08 (d, 1H).
