The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 4-bromo-2,6-dimethylpyridine in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.001, m/z=477.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.05-1.23 (d, 6H), 1.49 (d, 3H), 2.10-2.23 (m, 4H), 2.31-2.42 (m, 1H), 2.56 (s, 6H), 2.89 (m, 1H), 5.67 (m, 1H), 6.92-7.07 (m, 4H), 7.08 (s, 2H), 7.22 (m, 2H), 7.33 (d, 2H).
