The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 6-bromo-N-tert-butylnicotinamide following procedures analogous to those described in Example 486 Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.898 min, m/z=472.2; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.08 (s, 3H), 1.15 (s, 3H), 1.34 (s, 9H), 1.49 (d, 3H), 2.16 (m, 3H), 2.19 (m, 1H), 2.32 (m, 1H), 2.42 (m, 3H), 2.79 (m, 1H), 4.32 (m, 2H), 5.66 (m, 1H), 6.55 (s, 1H), 6.76 (s, 1H), 6.98 (m, 2H), 7.19-7.29 (m, 7H).
