The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 2-bromonicotinonitrile following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 583. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.23 min, m/z=398.1; 1H NMR (CD3OD) 0.93 (s, 3H), 1.26 (s, 3H), 1.57 (d, 3H), 2.17 (s, 2H), 2.28 (m, 1H), 2.50 (m, 2H), 3.09 (m, 1H), 5.58 (m, 1H), 7.08 (d, 2H), 7.22-7.41 (m, 5H), 7.50 (m, 1H), 7.62 (d, 2H), 8.23 (d, 1H), 8.81 (m, 1H).
