The title compound, white solid (159 mg, quant.), MS (ISP) m/z=469.3 [(M+H)+], was prepared in analogy to example 2 from trans-4-[2-(4-furo[3,2-c]pyridin-4-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethyl]-cyclohexylamine trihydrochloride (intermediate A) (150 mg, 0.34 mmol) and trans-(4-hydroxy-cyclohexyl)-acetic acid methyl ester [CAS-Nr. 1124174-16-8, WO 2010/031735] (71 mg, 0.41 mmol). The purification was performed by precipitation from Et2O.
