The title compound, off-white solid (131 mg, 93%), MS (ISP) m/z=469.5 [(M+H)+], mp 212.5° C., was prepared in accordance with the general method of example 32 from trans-4-{2-[4-(6-methyl-furo[3,2-c]pyridin-4-yl)-piperazin-1-yl]-ethyl}-cyclohexylamine trihydrochloride (intermediate D) (136 mg, 0.3 mmol) and tetrahydropyran-4-yl-acetic acid.
