N-(4-Chloro-3-isothiocyanatobenzyl)-2,2-dimethyl-propionamide (66 mg, 0.23 mmol) is added to 5-amino-N-(4-bromo-phenyl)-2-(2,2-difluoro-ethoxy)-6-methylamino-nicotinamide (93 mg, 0.23 mmol) in MeCN (3.5 mL) and stirred at rt overnight. The reaction mixture is filtered and the filtercake is dried.
