The sub-title compound is prepared from 6-chloro-2-(2-methoxy-ethoxy)-N-(trans-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyl)-nicotinamide (2.20 g, 5.78 mmol), fuming HNO3 (5 mL) and conc. H2SO4 (10 mL) in analogy to example 1c.
