119 mg of (S)-4-{6-chloro-2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylamino]pyrimidin-4-yl}piperazine-2,6-dione, 34 mg of 2-aminopyrazine, 19 mg of 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9′-dimethylxanthene, 139 mg of tripotassium phosphate and 17 mg of tris(dibenzylideneacetone)(chloroform)dipalladium were added to 2.5 ml of degassed 1,4-dioxane, and then the mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 2 hours under argon atmosphere. The reaction solution was diluted with ethyl acetate. The solution was washed with water, and then dried over magnesium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and then the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 26 mg of the objective compound as pale yellow powder.
