PROCEDURE

实验过程

To the stirred slurry of LiAlH4 (0.01 g, 0.026 mmol) in anhydrous Et2O (5 ml) the solution of the product of Step C (0.04 g, 0.11 mmol) in anhydrous Et2O (2 ml) was added drop wise and stirring was continued for 0.5 h at room temperature. The reaction mixture was quenched with EtOAc: H2O: MeOH mixture (7 ml: 3 ml: 1 ml), diluted to 20 ml with EtOAc and filtered through Celite. The filtrate was evaporated under reduced pressure and dried in vacuo to give the title compound (0.032 g, 94%), as colourless solid. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) 7.13 (d, 2H, J=8.54 Hz); 6.99 (d, 1H, J=8.56 Hz); 6.84 (d, 2H, J=8.58 Hz); 6.38-6.34 (m, 2H); 4.79-4.74 (m, 1H); 4.65 (t, 2H, J=4.14 Hz); 3.96-3.90 (m, 2H); 3.75 (s, 3H); 3.22-3.14 (m, 1H); 2.82-2.68 (m, 2H); 2.11-1.91 (m, 3H).
