A degassed mixture of 6-bromo-5-morpholino-3-(quinolin-3-yl)-N,N-bis((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-amine (35 mg, 0.051 mmoL), Bu3SnCN (32.3 mg, 0.10 mmoL), Pd[P(t-Bu)3]2 (5.2 mg, 0.010 mmoL) in Dioxane (3 mL) was heated at 100° C. overnight. The mixture was cooled to room temperature and the solvent was evaporated in vacuo. Purification by column chromatography afforded the titled compound. LCMS tR=2.76 Min (5 min run, UV254nm). Mass calculated for, M+ 631.3, observed LC/MS m/z 632.2 (M+H).
