The title compound is prepared in analogy to Example 8 starting from 2-(diethylamino)-6-methyl-isonicotinic acid and 3-[2-ethyl-4-(N-hydroxycarbamimidoyl)-6-methyl-phenyl]-propionic acid tert-butyl ester; LC-MS: tR=0.88 min; [M+1]+=423.17.
