- 50 °C
Procedure
A mixture of the compound (2.5 g) obtained in Example 190 and 2N hydrogen chloride/2-propanol (25 mL) was stirred at 45 to 55° C. for 4 hr, concentrated under reduced pressure and recrystallized from ethanol/IPE to give the title compound.
Workup
- concentrationconcentrated under reduced pressure
- customrecrystallized from ethanol/IPE
