The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 1F, substituting the product of Example 11A for the product of Example 1E and substituting 2,6-dimethoxy-5-pyrimidineboronic acid for pyrimidine-5-boronic acid. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 8.32 (s, 1H) 8.02 (d, J=8.54 Hz, 1H) 7.98 (d, J=1.53 Hz, 1H) 7.57 (dd, J=8.39, 1.68 Hz, 1H) 4.06 (s, 3H) 4.05 (s, 3H) 3.83-3.95 (m, 1H) 3.51-3.72 (m, 1H) 3.10-3.29 (m, 1H) 2.68-2.80 (m, 3H) 2.40-2.65 (m, 3H) 1.49-2.13 (m, 4H) 1.10-1.27 (s, 3H). MS: (M+H)+=411.
