Following the procedure of Example 3, making variations only as required to use 5-chloro-2-trifluoromethylbenzoyl chloride in place of isoxazole-5-carbonyl chloride to react with 6-piperazin-1-yl-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid (2-cyclopropylethyl)amide, the title compound was obtained as a white solid (58% yield). m.p. 164-166° C. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.07, 7.96, 7.69, 7.54, 7.02, 4.07-3.35, 1.52, 0.79-0.68, 0.48-0.43, 0.14-0.08. MS (ES+) m/z 482.1 (M+1).
