Reaction Steps

Following the procedure of Example 5, making variations only as required to use benzylisocyanate in place of (2-isocyanatocyclopropyl)benzene to react with [4-(6-aminopyridazin-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl](2-trifluoromethylphenyl)methanone, the title compound was obtained as a white solid (45.6% yield). 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 12.0, 8.28, 7.80, 7.67, 7.62, 7.32, 7.23, 7.02-7.14, 4.54, 3.85-3.91, 3.69-3.76, 3.28-3.40, 2.94-3.10.
