Following the procedure of Example 5, making variations only as required to use cyclopentylisocyanate in place of (2-isocyanatocyclopropyl)benzene to react with [4-(6-aminopyridazin-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl](2-trifluoromethylphenyl)-methanone, the title compound was obtained as a white solid (91% yield). 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.02, 7.82, 7.75, 7.65, 7.58, 7.51, 7.34, 3.91-3.98, 3.67-3.80, 3.46-3.58, 3.36-3.44, 3.11-3.35, 1.80-1.88, 1.46-1.67, 1.30-1.40. MS (ES+) m/z 451 (M+1).
