The reaction of N-{4-[2-chloro-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrimidin-4-yloxy]-benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl}-acetamide (233 mg, 0.5 mmol, Example 7(d)) and tributylstannyl-methanol (322 mg, 1.0 mmol, prepared according to the procedure described in Synthetic Communication, 1994, 24, 1117-1120) under the conditions of Example 7(e) gave the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 461 (M+1).
