The reaction of (S)-3-amino-5-(6-chloro-2-(1-methoxypropan-2-ylamino)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)quinoxalin-2(1H)-one (75 mg, 0.2 mmol, Example 122(b)) with (R)-1-(1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl)piperazine (42 mg, 0.2 mmol, prepared as described in US 2005/0176726A1) under the condition of Example 104(c) provided the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 549 (M+1).
