The reaction of (S)-3-amino-5-(6-chloro-2-(1-methoxypropan-2-ylamino)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)quinoxalin-2(1H)-one (74 mg, 0.2 mmol, Example 122(b)) with (S)-2-isobutyl-1-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)piperazine (89 mg, 0.4 mmol) under the conditions of Example 34 provided the title compound as an amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 565 (M+1).
