The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 222B using 4-(tert-butyl)benzylamine and 4-tert-butoxy-2-(5-isoquinolinyl)-4-oxobutanoic acid instead of 4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzylamine and 5-isoquinolinylacetic acid. MS (ESI+) m/z 447 (M+H)+; 1H NMR (DMSO, 300 MHz) δ 1.23 (s, 9H), 1.25 (s, 9H), 2.71 (dd, 1H), 3.02 (dd, 1H), 4.22 (m, 2H), 4.71 (m, 1H), 6.57 (s, 1H), 7.08 (d, J 8.5, 2H), 7.24 (d, J 8.5, 2H), 7.67 (m, 1H), 7.78 (m, 1H), 8.03 (d, J 7.8, 1H), 8.13 (d, J 7.1, 1H), 8.55 (d, J 6.8, 1H), 8.63 (m, 1H), 9.31 (s, 1H); Anal.
