2-Methyl-2-({1-[6-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-pyridin-3-ylmethoxy]-naphtha-lene-2-carbonyl}-amino)-butyric acid was prepared in similar manner as 2-methyl-2-({1-[6-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-pyridin-3-ylmethoxy]-naphthalene-2-carbonyl}-amino)-propionic acid (example 150) via 2-methyl-2-({1-[6-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-pyridin-3-ylmethoxy]-naphthalene-2-carbonyl}-amino)-butyric acid methyl ester (C25H25F3N2O5 (490.48), LCMS (ESI): 491.15 (MH+)).
