Reaction Steps
Prepared in analogy to example 1b) starting with 5-bromo-2-(4-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)-benzonitrile and 3-benzyl-[1,2,4]thiadiazol-5-ylamine. The title compound was obtained as a white solid (Yield=21%). MS ISP (m/e): 373.1 (100) [(M+H)+].
