Reaction Steps
By using 3-(5-bromo-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-6-yl)pyridine (160 mg, 0.526 mmol) synthesized in Reference example 11 and 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (303 mg, 1.58 mmol), the reaction was carried out in the same manner as Example 1 to synthesize the title compound 100 mg (yield 46%).
