The title compound was prepared from 1,5-dibromopentane and 4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-8-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 29) following the procedure outlined in Example 25. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.53 (s, 1H), 8.83 (s, 2H), 7.96 (d, 1H), 7.22 (d, 1H), 4.66 (s, 1H), 4.01 (t, 2H), 3.94 (s, 3H), 3.57 (t, 2H), 1.88 (m, 2H), 1.72 (m, 2H), 1.62 (m, 2H); MS (ESI): 500.7.
