Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 4-(5-cyano-7-isopropyl-1,3-benzoxazol-2-yl)benzoic acid (INTERMEDIATE 36) and tert-butyl 3-(aminomethyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate by a procedure analogous to that described in EXAMPLE 1. Mass spectrum (ESI) 489.3 (M+1).
