Compound 77e (9 mg, 0.019 mmol) was dissolved in DCE (0.5 mL) and 4-amino-1-methylpiperidine (0.01 mL) was added followed by HOBt (4 mg, 0.03 mmol) and EDC (12 mg, 0.06 mmol) and stirred at r.t. for 16 h. MeOH was added and the mixture purified by HPLC to give 2-(4-{4-[1-(5-ethyl-pyrimidin-2-yl)-piperidin-4-yloxyimino]-piperidin-1-yl}-2,5-difluoro-phenyl)-N-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-yl)-acetamide 77-1.
