Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from morpholine and 8-(4-bromobutoxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 25) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6; HCl salt): δ 10.67 (br, 1H), 9.65 (br s, 1H), 8.82 (s, 2H), 8.01 (d, 1H), 7.22 (d, 1H), 4.64 (s, 1H), 4.01 (t, 2H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 3.92 (m, 2H), 3.76 (t, 2H), 3.42 (d, 2H), 3.20 (m, 2H), 3.05 (m, 2H), 1.97 (m, 2H), 1.74 (m, 2H); MS (ESI): 494.0.
