Reaction Steps
2-Ethyl-4-[3-(2-isopropylamino-6-methyl-pyrimidin-4-yl)-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-5-yl]-6-methyl-phenol is reacted with R-epichlorohydrine in analogy to Intermediate 1 to give (S)-{4-[5-(3-ethyl-5-methyl-4-oxiranyl methoxy-phenyl)-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-3-yl]-6-methyl-pyrimidin-2-yl}-iso-propyl-amine as a yellow oil; LC-MS: tR=1.10 min; [M+H]+=410.55.
