The title compound was prepared from dimethylamine, 1,7-dibromoheptane, and 4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-8-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 29) following the procedures outlined in Examples 25 & 27. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.38 (br s, 1H), 8.58 (s, 2H), 7.85 (d, 1H), 7.05 (d, 1H), 4.26 (br s, 1H), 3.96 (t, 2H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 2.51 (br, 2H), 2.35 (s, 6H), 1.67 (m, 2H), 1.46 (m, 4H), 1.30 (m, 4H); MS (ESI): 493.9.
