The title compound was prepared from N-methylpropan-1-amine and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.42 (br s, 1H), 8.58 (s, 2H), 7.86 (d, 1H), 7.06 (d, 1H), 4.24 (br s, 1H), 3.97 (t, 2H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 2.75-2.40 (br, 4H), 2.38 (br s, 3H), 1.70 (m, 2H), 1.60 (m, 2H), 1.49 (m, 4H), 0.83 (t, 3H); MS (ESI): 494.0.
