Procedure
Following the procedure as described in Example 3, making variations only as required to use n-pentylamine in place of isoamylamine to react with 5-[4-(2-trifluoromethylbenzoyl)piperazin-1-yl][1,3,4]thiadiazole-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester, the title compound was obtained as a white solid (0.85 g, yield 77%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.70-7.73 (m, 1H), 7.51-7.64 (m, 2H), 7.29-7.35 (m, 1H), 6.97-7.06 (m, 1H), 3.99-4.10 (m, 1H), 3.81-3.92 (m, 1H), 3.62-3.70 (m, 2H), 3.48-3.56 (m, 2H), 3.29-3.44 (m, 4H), 1.50-1.63 (m, 2H), 1.26-1.38 (m, 4H), 0.83-0.91 (m, 3H). 13C NMR (75 MHz, CDCl3) δ 174.6, 167.6, 158.3, 156.1, 133.1, 132.5, 129.7, 127.7, 126.9, 125.4, 121.8. MS (ES+) m/z 455.9 (M+1).
