1-(2,5-Difluorobenzyl)-7-iodo-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-one (600 mg) was reacted with 4-ethoxycarbonyl phenyl boronic acid as in General Procedure 4A to give the title compound as an off-white solid (62% yield). M.p. 201-203° C., LCMS: m/z=424.20 (M+H+), 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 1.32 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 3H), 3.99 (s, 2H), 4.32 (q, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 5.26 (s, 2H), 7.03-7.09 (m, 1H), 7.11-7.19 (m, 1H), 7.33 (s, 1H), 7.34-7.38 (m, 1H), 7.39 (s, 1H), 7.67 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 6.8 Hz, 2H), 8.10 (s, 1H).
